Given the considerable expense involved with any in-person course with limited seating available, we consider your registration final and binding. If you are unable to attend for personal reasons, we will provide a 1-year credit on any live course to apply forward to a future course. If the course is enrolled in error, you may request a full refund within 24 hrs of enrollment. We are also humans, and get that life happens. You will not EVER have to forfeit your enrollment, but rather it will be credited in either our main store on skillsonpoint.com or skills-on-point.teachable.com for online content. Whenever possible, we will do what serves you as the consumer best.
Any course you participate in online that is not to your satisfaction, we will refund 100% prior to acquiring continuing education credit. Once continuing education credit is obtained, no refund is allowed.
